TP Mazembe reach Club World Cup final -Beat Brazil 2-0
TP Mazembe have become the first African side to reach the Club World Cup final after a surprise 2-0 win over Brazil’s Internacional in Abu Dhabi.
African Player of the Year Award
The Confederation of African football (CAF) at the weekend revealed the last three nominees for the 2010 Glo/CAF 201 Player of the Year Award.
Those nominated are three times winner, Cameroonian, Samuel Eto’o Fills, two times winner, Didier Drogba of Cote d’Ivoire and new entrant, Asamoah Gyang of Ghana. The African Footballer of the Year award, presented to the best African football (soccer) player each year, has been conferred by the Confederation of African Football(CAF) since 1992.

Born on December 14, 1977 in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo in a large family; Fally is rocked by music from an early age. Having a Catholic education, he began singing in the choir of the Church. TP Mazembe claim African Champions League crown again
TP Mazembe have claimed the African Champions League title for the fourth time. The Congolese side drew 1-1 with Tunisia’s Esperance in the second leg of the final but their 5-0 victory in the first match secured them the win.
