Loving and Breathing Fashion Nadege Ngongo was born in the Republic of Congo, Central Africa. She comes from humble beginnings, where both her parents were into a variety of businesses. When she was very young, Nadege moved to France and was quickly exposed to a world of Art and Fashion.

Olatide (Tide) Adeniyi was born in Washington D.C. where she spent her childhood. She moved to Lagos, Nigeria during her teenage years and acquired an appreciation and passion for the arts while attending high school. In 2002, she returned to the Washington D.C. area to attend university. She holds a Bachelor degree in Economics and currently works as a full-time Analyst as she explore her creative side.
Her inspiration for Fashion Design came in 2007 as a sporatic thought to make her own dress for an event because she could not find a dress that had the perfect fit. The idea seemed laughable to her at the time as she had no prior design or sewing experience, until she purchased her first sewing machine and began bringin her first sketch to life. The garment was a success; so she began designing and sewing as a hobby, making it apparent that this should be her next business venture.
Syling hair is another natural trait that Tide possesses. In the early 90’s, her mother sought her own passion and graduated from the Dudley School of Cosmetology to become a part-time Esthetician and Hair Stylist. Although she did not directly train Tide, the exposure had an impact on her at such a young age.

SUNDAY OMONY was born in the war-torn region of northern Uganda. Her family migrated to Canada in 1991. Through life altering situations Sunday has persevered to become a talented plus-size model and humanitarian. She is known for being diverse with regards to look, talent and content. Sunday is a vivacious woman, standing at 5 feet, 9 inches. She has been featured as one of the “Sexiest African Women” by Jamati.com. Her glowing and infectious personality has contributed to her success. Sunday is the new spokesperson for Hearts 4 Peace, an organization that offers services and courses in conflict transformation and social justice.
MARIANNE Ilunga’s love for fashion started at an early age. Growing up in the Democratic Republic of Congo, she remembers spending valuable time with her godmother who was a dressmaker. She collected fashion magazines as a hobby and spent time sketching several styles she believed would eventually come to life. Her parents decided it would be a great idea to let her attend a fashion magnet high school. Shortly before graduation the Congo experienced some political turmoil, so Marianne accepted the great opportunity to move to the United States.
The Miss Africa USA Management team proudly presents the African Queen in America Miss Fatoumata (Fifi) Souma who will reign as Miss Africa USA 2010 – 2011. Miss Fifi was crowned at the beautiful Montgomery College Performing Arts Center in Silver Spring, Maryland, on Saturday July 24 2010.
